NOTICE TO ALL EASTERN KANSAS OPERATORS:
Pursuant to K.A.R. 82-3-401(a)(12) and Appendix “B” – Eastern Surface Casing Order #133,891-C, any operator seeking an injection permit for a well drilled in Johnson or Miami County, or in R19E, R20E and R21E of Douglas and Franklin county, on or after September 1, 2023, will be required to submit a Cement Bond Log along with the injection application in order to be considered for permitting, regardless of the intended well type at the time of spud.
Additionally, any operator seeking an injection permit for a well drilled in R19E, R20E and R21E of Anderson County or in R21E and R22E of Linn County on or after February 26, 2024, will be required to submit a Cement Bond Log along with the application in order to be considered, regardless of intended well type at the time of spud.
